My Dream, My Future?

MY DREAM, MY FUTURE?

When I was in Grade School, Every year I have different ambitions. I dreamed of becoming a nurse, an architect, an engineer, a pilot, a teacher, and a doctor. When I entered high school, I wanted to become a lawyer. Then one I day, I realized I wanted to become a stewardess.

One of my classmate-slash-bestfriend laughed at me when I told her what I really wanted to be. She told me that I will have an early retirement because stewardess needs to be “young”. Others would say that there is a height requirement. Well, I sometimes of it and realized they might be true.

The nearest school is in San Fernando. Well, it’s far. But my dream of becoming a stewardess never fades. And until now, I still don’t know what course I would take if I have no chance in becoming a stewardess.

CHANGE

CHANGE

Change? Change is for those who have evil sides. It’s for those who made mistakes. It’s for those who never trusted those who trust him. It’s for those who made decisions but never had been finished. It’s for those who made their positions as their power. It’s for those who patronized officials and not God.

When I was young, my friends would always say, “Never change.” I thought before that they were talking about my looks. But as I grow old, I realized that those words means that I should not change those positive qualities and attitudes I have. Thus, I should change those negatives for the better.

There were reasons why people would change. It’s either they were hurt or they were inspired. They hurt by those people whom they inspire and trusted a lot. And they were inspired by those people who stayed beside them through good times and bad times.

NEW YEAR

NEW YEAR, NEW ME

New year’s resolution. I do believe in them. But this year, I don’t have any. Another year doesn’t always mean that you should change. Maybe your looks could change but not your personality. New year simply means new life. For that, we should thank Him for giving us another trillion of heartbeats.

New beginning. New challenges. New opportunities. New achievements. It must have been a hard year these past years and for sure, it will be again a very challenging year. For we will enter a new stage – college life.

REFLECTION (4th grading period)

Tik! Tok!

It has been another year of journey. Another year of journey that will take us to the next level. During this journey, we had our ups and downs. But we made it! Time flies so fast and it seemed like yesterday, it was still June 3.

Excitement is within our nerves for graduation. But as we reminisce those happy moments, it feels like tears would fell anytime. We only don’t remember those happy memories but also those very depressing moments. These memories made us become a better person.

Time. Every time it says, “Tik! Tok!” it tells us that we missed another second. And as long as we are still with our best friends, friends, close friends, classmates, teachers, schoolmates, seatmates, enemies, we should not waste it.
